I had ripped off some of the plastic trim under my bumper and yesterday, Ross re-screwed it back in place for me without charge. I then booked in my car to replace the fan belt and this was done and dusted in an under an hour, this morning. I had heard good things about Autocraft and I can say I agree wholeheartedly. On behalf of myself and my father we would like to thank you for all your help and advice in passing our 1903 Wolsely Brighton veteran car with a new MOT, which is a simple thing to do if the car was made today, but as it's 104 years old and most things on an MOT don't comply with the age of the car i.e. no windscreen, no doors, no wipers and so on, but with their knowledge and a phone call or two to VOSA we now hold an MOT for the next year, many thanks for all your help and you can see us travelling from London to Brighton at 25-35 mph on 32hp 2 cylinders engine which for a car of 100 years old is a lot of fun"

I have had many MOT's and services completed over these years and have no complaints about the work that you have done.
My most recent cars have been a BMW, Mercedes CLK and currently a Land Rover Discovery, all of which you have been able to look after without problems. You have also handled warranty work on my behalf, and at my request have used the original manufacturer's parts where necessary.

I had a horrid vibrating noise in my car which sounded as if it was coming from the dashboard. John identified it as the rubber trim on the top of the windscrene which had come loose, he was able to fix it while I waited, and now my car is lovely and quiet again.
